With over Three decades of experience in resistance training and a background in policing he combines discipline, leadership, and life experience to help both youth and middle-aged individuals thrive. Mark understands that no two journeys are the same, and his approach reflects that—compassionate when it’s needed, and motivating when it counts. Under Construction PT isn’t just about physical fitness—it’s about building resilience, confidence, and a mindset that can handle whatever life throws at you. Mark’s belief is simple but powerful: the best version of you is always under construction and he’s here to help you lay the next brick.
